[SOLVED] Problem with avatar

Hello, I wanted to change my avatar but no matter what picture I choose it always displays the broken file icon. I've tried using both .jpg and .png, good and bad image quality as well as big and small image sizes, nothing works. This is even more frustrating since my old avatar used to work without any problem.
