Some details to make it sound a bit less literal and more natural:
>"Crystal clear" could be "claro como el agua" it's more used than "como el cristal".
>"Lose my mind" can be "perder la razón" or "volverse loco", both are very used.
>"Hold tight!" => "Agárrate fuerte" (In this case, the entire sentence would be: "Sigue agarrándote fuerte a lo que sé.")
And a little mistake in the chorus: You confused "had" with "have", but I think it was just a distraction. xD
Good! Yeah, some people may have different opinions when it comes to translation and I'm relying mainly on what I hear more often (both in songs and literature and in real life). So, another point of view is always welcome.
And the "have/had" thing: I refered to the penultimate line of all the choruses. You used the present tense incorrectly.
