I thought Sofia Rotaru was from Ukraine. Or Moldova, but lives in Ukraine.

Yes she is, but she has always lived in Ukraine (Unless I'm mistaken).
Gosh, the Ukraine is no longer the same what it used to be...((((( For the Ukraine people, it's high time to put the question point-blank: whether to stay a TRUE Ukrainian, whatever the land sinks into, or to pretend to be a loyal, thoroughbred RUSSIAN. O what times, o what habits!
