1. Moon also can be interpreted as a complement for a possible lover in Persian. "Moon-face lover" means a very nice looking lover.
2. In addition to the first footnote, one can interpret this line as: "The moon; She comes to my dreams." if he considers this 2 sentences instead of one (put a period after میاد).
3. In Persian, there is no distinction between it, she and he (no grammatical gender).
4. Red apple on the plate can be interpreted as "Centerpiece of the show"
5. In Islamic culture, one should spend the Ramadan month fasting "from the dawn, till dusk, sober and pure". Eftaar is the meal you have after the prayers and "permission" (Azaan) that God gives you. This implies that she is ruining his life for he is drunk with her thoughts and one must be sober for his prayers to be accepted.
