Super traduction, une fois encore.
Quelques suggestions (je sais que vous voulez garder le rythme, les rimes et les pieds) :

L16] We end up get over.
Si vous voulez garder le phrasé actuel, une virgule pourrait aider à la compréhension. (We end up, get over)
La phrase serait techniquement incorrecte, cela dit; Il faudrait normalement écrire : We end up getting over it.
La phrase originale ayant 6 pieds, et la version proposée - 8, ce n'est pas super, je vous l'accorde.
C'est pourquoi je propose : "We do get over it"

L17/21...] And the wounds heal,
Votre proposition a 4 pieds alors que l'originale en a 6.
Je propose : "And all the wounds do heal" pour compenser.

L27] It's the prayer time,
Le phrasé en anglais sonne peu naturel, bancal.
On dirait plutôt "It's prayer time" ou "It's time for prayer" ou encore "It's time to pray".
Je suggère "It's now time for prayer" ou "It is now prayer time".
Ajouter le "now" permettrait de retomber sur vos pieds niveau syllabes.

Pareil que pour la ligne 16, une virgule serait la bienvenue.

L31/32] We know well our miseries / Never will end, never end.
Écrire "We know well our miseries" dans cet ordre-là et sans ponctuation me semble étrange.
On peut parfaitement dire "We know it well" ou "We know well", c'est vrai, mais l'omission du "that" me fait drôle d'impression...
J'aurais eu tendance à écrire "We know that our miseries" plutôt.
Si vous voulez garder la ligne telle-quelle, je suggère l'ajout d'une virgule (We know well, our miseries).
Pour la ligne 32, je propose "Do not ever end, ever end" pour garder à la fois les pieds et la répétition.

Une nouvelle fois, merci pour votre aide précieuse. J'ai apporté les modifications suggérées.
Désolé si je ne l'ai pas fait plus tôt. Mais, à vrai dire, je ne pense pas avoir eu la notification de votre message que j'ai découvert ce jour, donc.
En tout cas, c'est vraiment sympa.
Je progresse un peu au quotidien en anglais en ajoutant quelques mots ou expressions à mon vocabulaire. Mais, force est de constater, que je ne suis pas encore au top, lol.
N'hésitez pas à me soumettre d'autres corrections sur mes traductions « bancales » ; lol, quand vous en avez le loisir ; vos suggestions sont toujours les bienvenues.
Même si (contre ma volonté, au demeurant), je mets parfois un peu de temps à réagir.
