Niets dan dit
Nothing but this

Really hard to translate
*"Oprichten" second verse:
General: take a position more erect then the one where one was in before
I always visualised it as the woman going from lying on the stomach (with the head at the same level) to lying on the stomach and leaning on the elbows.
**'uit de pas lopen' 'pas' is a stride, but a lot of times 'pas' is used in the sense of a dancingstep. So then uit de pas lopen is something like: dance out of rythm
The ideom means something among the lines of: Not adjust to the norm. This can be used both positively and negatively.
In this case it is really hard to translate, because there is a correlation between the shoes and the not adjust to the norm, this being the step the shoes make.
In my view the singer says to the woman that it is alright if she does not adjust to be more herself, and that it may be benefitial to do this on purpose.
