It was written by three (or perhaps one) writer’s under the pseudonym of “the Three Initiates.” The book claims to hold the essence of Thoth (or Hermes Trismegistus‘) teachings. GHOSTEMANE also has a song called “Kybalion”, some of his other songs – there is also mentioned The Kybalion.

King of sodomy: It actually says “Cake and Sodomy” a direct reference to the second song on Marilyn Manson’s “Portrait of an American Family” album, released in 1994. Ghoste is known to have liked Marilyn Manson growing up, and even uses a quotation from an interview Manson is featured in, in the song “Wishers Lose Copper Dreamers Lose Everything”

I never saw a demon till I met a label rep ...: What Ghostemane says in this verse is that he don’t want to sign a contract with a label rep, basically because they don’t let him being free, and that’s why he goes by its own, BLACKMAGE. An example of this is the fact that he released N / O / I / S / E a week earlier.

Nevertheless, he signed a contract with Triple B Records in march 2019, but he explained that they only press him his vinyls.
