R.A.F.
R.A.F.
When we we were only little shits we didn't know much yet
But we already loved to play R.A.F. and police
I never wanted to be a cop, 'cause cops are all just dirt
I'd much rather be a terrorist, bombing everything away
And when I scratched a R.A.F. star into my school bench
Our fat pig of a headteacher almost blew up in anger
Red Army Faction, you were an awesome bunch!
Red Army Faction, you really had something going!
Red Army Faction, I always thought you were great!
Unfortunately I was still too young to be part of you already
But even then my heart has always been beating for the Red Army Faction
The R.A.F. unfortunately had missed to explain their dreams
Their theory was intellectual and complicated
The small man for whom they were fighting for didn't really understand
So the state could easily isolate them as "enemy of the Volk"
The bigwigs shat themselves if anyone said "R.A.F."
They were the nightmare and it haunted them every night
Red Army Faction, you were an awesome bunch!
Red Army Faction, you really had something going!
Red Army Faction, I always thought you were great!
Unfortunately I was still too young to be part of you already
But even then my heart has always been beating for the Red
For the Red
For the Red
Army Faction
Army Faction
Army Faction
Army Faction
The R.A.F.
The R.A.F.
The R.A.F.
The R.A.F. - bomb!
Red Army Faction, you were an awesome bunch!
Red Army Faction, you really had something going!
Red Army Faction, I always thought you were great!
Unfortunately I was still too young to be part of you already
But even then my heart has always been beating for the Red Army Faction
Unfortunately I was still too young to be part of you already
But even then my heart has always been beating for the Red
For the Red
For the dead Army Faction

For any confused english speakers, this song is obviously not about the Royal Air Force but the German terrorist organisation Rote Arme Fraktion (Red Army Faction) that was active from 1970 up to around 1998.
The song is obviously to be understood ironically as even though WIZO are clearly far leftwing and would probably agree with some of the ideas the RAF had in principle, they do condone the violence and murders the RAF had committed. So this song is clearly not to be taken too seriously, as with many WIZO songs, but it's still one of the greatest songs they ever wrote... :)
