I'm guessing 'io means 'you're'?

'io malo literally means "yes. thank you." It's taken more as an idiom rather than by its literal meaning. Kinda like in German when you say "danke!" (thank you), you typically respond with "bitte" (please). I wonder, is there something similar in Spanish?

In Spanish you'd reply 'de nada' or 'no hay de qué' both of which mean something like it's nothing/don't mention it
In Italian you'd reply 'prego' to 'grazie' which literally means 'I beg', I found that quite interesting...
