"Ρουφηχτά" comes from the verb "ρουφάω" which means to suck. So "ρουφηχτά φιλιά" are kisses given on the cheek while sucking so they make a sound.

"δως μου ρουφηχτά φιλιά" -> it means "french kisses" and not "kiss me hard on the cheek"!
