1. Saúl is a male name, that's what the singer is conflicted about.
2. I translated "Como ellas no puedo ser" as "I can't be like those other girls" because although it literally means "I can't be like them", due to Spanish being a gendered language it is explicitly referring to other girls and it wouldn't reflect that with a literal translation.
